Tylar J
Songwriter Tylar J was born and raised in West Philadelphia, where she has gained much of her inspiration. As a young child, she was heavily involved in the Arts. These programs were centered in choral and dance programs in churches and public programs throughout the East Coast.
While in College, she attended Morgan State University, and joined the MSU Choir, where she, with gratitude, had the opportunity to perform nationwide and abroad.
Through all of her experiences and circumstances, Tylar has gained insight and growth in her gift as a performer. Presently, she aims to connect people through her music, and to promote Love, Peace, Empathy, and Self Awareness!

PEACE EVERYONE!
I am so grateful to YOU for being here, reading
this, right now! You really could be anywhere, doing anything else , so I appreciate you for being HERE. I have put so much time, energy, thought, tears, joy, and laughter into my music, and I'm honored to share it with you.
I am working on some D O P E visuals for the EP that I am so excited to present to you. The pandemic has halted some plans, but I'll be sure to update everyone ASAP!

It has certainly been a journey to my release of Before Sunrise EP, and each step has helped me to define who I am as an artist, and has shown me who my people are. I am just getting started guys!
